Shipping & Returns
All our products are carefully hand-packed in recyclable packaging to help us all play our part in keeping our environment green. The following delivery options are available when checking out:
- Ghana local Delivery (Accra and surrounding): Same day delivery (Monday – Saturday) on orders placed before 2pm on the day: GHS 25 / USD 3
- Ghana national delivery: Ghana post/ Delivery (Mon-Sat) - 2 to 3 working days on all orders: GHS 25 / USD 3
- USA Delivery:
- International courier delivery (DHL/ UPS) (Mon-Fri) - 3 to 10 working days on all orders: GHS 125 / USD 15
- DHL express delivery (3 working days) : GHS 170 / USD 21
- UK / European Delivery:
- Standard UK / European Delivery (Mon-Fri) - 3 to 10 working days : GHS 125 / USD 15
- DHL express delivery (3 working days) : GHS 170 / USD 21
- Rest of the World Delivery:
- International Delivery (Mon-Fri) - up to 21 working days (7 to 10 typically) : GHS 125 / USD 15
- DHL express delivery (3 working days) : GHS 170 / USD 21
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Ghana Bank Holidays) and you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOM CHARGES & VAT
If your order is being shipped outside Ghana, the VAT (E-Levy) is not charged. All estimated delivery times could be delayed by customs entry procedures.
Our prices are all listed in Dollars (US) and VAT (e-Levy) is included within our price if applicable.
Mimosa Skincare is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Mimosa Skincare is not able to provide a refund or offer a new international delivery until 21 working days from dispatch due to some orders taking 21 days to be delivered. All local and national refunds are processed within 5 working days.
VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.

SENSITIVITY
Our formulations are pure and made up of a number of natural and raw components, while sensitivities or mild reactions to ingredients are rare, they can occur. Often people are unaware of the exact ingredient which can cause their skin to be sensitive, therefore the source of the irritation can be difficult to determine. Your skin is more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, seasonal variation and while taking medication. We recommend patch-testing all products on your skin.
SENDING A RETURN
Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 14 working days (beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you).
